Marriage Laws By State
In the United States marriage laws are defined state by state. And those marriage laws can vary greatly. It is our strong guidance that you check the laws of the state that you will be performing weddings in to make sure you follow the states laws. For instance, states like New York require you to register with the county that you will be performing the wedding in before you perform the wedding. You can easily find this information through an internet search.
